Description

Kawasaki Z750E. Dream Machine Paint. Powder coated Frame. re chromed forks. harris pipe. hagon shocks. rebuilt brakes/carbs/engine. Up for sale is this Kawasaki z750e the baby brother to the highly desirable and collectable Z900 and Z1000's. This particular example is in excellent condition. not quite concourse but not far from it. It has had a fairly comprehensive rebuild/restoration and comes with MOT until June 2015 as well as Keys and V5 logbook. it has covered 30. 00km (18. 00miles). It also has a very cool registration WAR 882W. the bike is very clean and original even has its original helmet lock. toolkit and daily safety checks sticker in mint condition under the seat. The front wheel has new bearingsFront brakes have been rebuilt with very good discs. new pads and new seals in calipers and master cylinder. HEL Racing braided hoses fitted (in black to look more original)Front forks have been rebuilt with re-chromed stanchions. new oil and seals Yokes have been powder coated and new head bearings fitted. The wiring. switchgear. clocks and lights have been stripped checked and cleaned. new KM converter fitted. The Frame has been powder coatedThe Engine has been stripped. checked. cleaned and rebuilt. The Carburetors have been stripped. hecked. cleaned and rebuilt. The bodywork and tank have been freshly painted by DREAM MACHINEThe exhaust is a Brand New HARRIS WORKS COLLECTION systemThe battery is Brand newNew HI-FLO air filterBrand New HAGON ShocksBrand New SWIFT Chain and sprocketsRear brake stripped cleaned and rebuilt with new seals. new pads and a good disc. as well as an HEL Braided hose. All this was done a grand total of 15 miles ago! as you can see its had a small fortune spent on it (over £2500 not including the original purchase of the bike) and really is a cracking bike. however it is still in need of some minor fettling. checking over etc:the seat has a small 1" split in the rear right side (I have a new cover to go with the bike)the Harris badge on the exhaust is peeling (I have a new one ready to fit but was thinking of leaving it blank for a cleaner look) there are a few nuts and bolts that would be better either re-plated or replaced. The worst part (and reason I am selling the bike now along with genuinely needing the cash) is at the MOT it was advised that the front forks had stiff movement so after speaking to a mechanic I let the air out of the forks (they are air assisted) and refilled with lower pressure. it felt a million times better so I took it for a ride and it felt spot on. when I got back I noticed to my dismay I had made the suspension too soft and the front mudguard had hit the exhaust damaging the paint on the front mudguard (see last pic 2 spots about 1cm in size). this shouldn't cost much to get the 2 spots touched in. All in all its a cracking machine and has had 1000's spent on it. I am not really sure of its value so I am starting the bidding low with no reserve in the hope the market will show its true value. best of luck and happy bidding any questions feel free to ask.
