Kawasaki Ninja 250r 2009 Special Edition

Selling my 2009 Ninja 250r in special edition colours. I've been using it for about 6 months now for my daily commutes. Selling as need to raise funds for a move. It's always run perfectly. never not started or given any kind of mechanical or electrical issues. Excellent on fuel economy hence I bought it for my commutes. There is a mark on the right hand fairing where the previous owner caught the garage door. see last picture.  Never been dropped or crashed. Not much else to say really. I'm sure you've already ready plenty of reviews/articles about this bike so the rest is what it is. All I have to say is that it's in perfect running order. Tyres in excellent condition. Chain and sprocket regularly cleaned and lubed (approx every 200 miles). Metal sprayed with ACF-50 after every wash. Did a full service and thorough check over in June at a cost of over £200. itemised receipts available. Mileage is around the 16k mark now. and will increase slightly as I'm still using the bike. All the keys. paperwork. service history etc present. A few extras: R&G crash bungs. Oxford heated grips. tinted double bubble screen (still have original). rear seat cowl (still have rear seat). I will also be throwing in an aftermarket slip-on exhaust  which I bought but never installed. I hear it's pretty loud!Viewings and inspections more than welcome. Unfortunately I am unable to let anyone test ride the bike. No point in me saying I will if full amount is in my hand because it never happens. I will gladly demo the bike should anyone wish to see it running. Cash on collection or bank transfer (no paypal. no cheques). If bank transfer I will not consider bike sold until money is cleared fund in my account. Bike is located in North London. N22 evenings and weekends. Weekday office hours it can be viewed in the City. EC3. Last thing to say is that I am open to reasonable offers. Thanks for looking.
