1997 KAWASAKI ER 500-A1 BLACK

This is probably more suitable for spares and repairs. ? It was last ridden in 2006 and has been stood in a (dry) garage since. ?  Prior to going into storage it had just passed its MOT with flying colours and while I rode it I never had a single problem with it. It was an incredibly reliable and fuel-efficient bike. However. being stood for 8 years will obviously not have done this bike much good. I cannot guarantee that it will be in working condition or that the engine will even run. I know that the battery is completely dead. as you'd expect after this time. and I think the gear box has seized although I can't say I've really tried to sort it out. I stopped riding when I had my children and have now reluctantly accepted that it is unlikely I will ever get on a bike again so it's time to sell it on. For someone with a little mechanical know-how and the ability to spend a bit of time on it this could be a good buy. Or it may be just best to strip it for parts. I'll leave that decision to the buyer. It will be sold as seen and I am happy to have viewings before bids. to answer questions or to take more photos to email to anyone interested.
