Description

Kawasaki H2a 750 Purple People Eater

Probably the rarest of all the H2 750's (In this country at least)

Bought for my retirement. only recently.

Been COMPREHENSIVELY restored polished and cossetted to as near as new as is possible.

Full engine rebuild inc pistons and crank

CDI fully renovated

Brakes completely rebuilt. seat rebuilt

Wheels completely rebuilt (spokes hubs polished rims re-plated)

Brand new Bridgestone tyres. a mountain of paperwork  as shown machine has been fully repainted and new decals

Petcock rebuilt (genuine seal kit) carbs cleaned and all rubber replaced

All cables replaced all pipes replaced

NOS Exhaust system everything that could be re-plated has been or been  refinished

They NEVER looked like this out of the Kawasaki Factory

V5 in my name new MOT (July) Historic Tax (free July)

I bought the bike then rode it back to Manchester from the South Coast it never missed a beat

I have covered another 100 miles since it goes VERY well Indeed. it stops superbly the brakes look and behave as if new.

Clutch is quite light and the rebuilt gearbox selects perfectly.

I've got receipts for mountains of the major work done to the bike

It really is just like it came out of the showroom. only they never looked this good!

Speedo shows 20. 00 miles It wears a black number plate and is allowed to as its a 1973 model

Can't really think of anything to detract from the bike in the form of blemishes

Unfortunately bad things can happen and I find that I might have to sell the Kawasaki. it really took me a long time to find one as nice as this.

I have set the reserve at a decent amount less than a similar but unrestored  version recently listed

The machine is in the Manchester area. You could ride it home if you liked

Please understand that a machine like this. in this condition isn't going to be available at used rideable costings. there really are plenty of unrestored imported machines about at ??8000 or so in good working used condition This though. really isn't one of those it's an absolute stunner and whilst the price is justifiably on the high-ish side believe me its a much better bet to get them like this with all the work done than buy a machine that needs restoration. The mysteries of Digital photography can play some wonderful tricks and make even the most crusty "Sow's Ear" look presentable but this machine looks as good in the metal as it does in the photos feel free to ask any questions. at Stafford recently there was nothing like this on display.

I parked up at a show in Cumbria in August and returned to find that I'd won 2nd  prize. I had to return the trophy as I wasn't entered!

Mind you the bike that won hadn't done 100 odd miles to get there and back. it came on a trailer. ho hum. twas ever thus
