Kawasaki H1 500 triple H1R race replica

Up for sale is my H1R 500  triple replica as seen in November's Practical Sportsbikes magazine.

I built this bike 3 years ago using an H1E and H1F as a basis. it has a professionally modified frame to reproduce the factory racer style.

The tank. seat. oil tank and front fender were specially made one offs at great expense and finished with a professional paint job.  The engine was completely rebuilt less than1. 00 miles ago and runs perfectly. The wheels were re-laced by Hagon onto alloy rims they also supplied the rear shocks. The exhausts. again are a 1 off set made by Gibsons to tuck under the engine to suit the racer look and also maximise ground clearance. Due to my dodgy left ankle I run a right hand gearchange conversion made with a bespoke set of rear sets that can be swapped easily depending on preference. A completely new wiring loom was made to allow all the electrics to be moved under the seat together with a lightweight lithium race battery which gives a nice clean look with no visible wiring.

I did 2 classic trackdays this year and it more than held it's own against more powerful and modern machinery. as well as turning a lot of heads and ears!

No expense was spared building this bike. nbsp;and it would probably cost double what I am asking to build it today. it has just been sorned for the winter and the Mot runs out next June.
