2009 Kawasaki Super Sherpa kl250g9f 250

The bike is pretty much stock except for the 75% on road 25% off road tires that I put on it. I do have the stock Bridgestone tires that came with the bike. It's not even broken in yet. The only reason why I'm selling it; Is because I'm thinning out my heard and I never ride it. This bike is very hard to find. I bought it as a collector piece since it is the last year Kawasaki was going to offer the Super Sherpa model. Kawasaki has been making this bike since 1974. It is world renowned for its own style and strength. The motor and transmission are pretty much bullet proof. I start it and let it run on the stand twice a month to cycle the fluids through the engine and trans for about 10 mins or so. I'll stick it in 1st and cycle through 6th gear with it half choked to keep the rpm's around 2000-2400. This usually brings the speed of the rear tire up to 55-60 mph on the roller stand. Bike is really nice. Rear fender does have some scuffs on the top of it from whatever was resting on it in shipping from AZ to me in El Paso. Bike will easily run up to 80 mph on the freeway. It really has a lot power for such a small motor.  There are a lot Transport Companies out there to get the bike shipped anywhere for pretty cheap. I can help you with locating one or two if you need it. Hell. Depending where you are I might be able to deliver it for a lot less per mile than most transport guys.
