Kawasaki zr400 cafe racer, zephyr. Very rare 400cc, winter project?

Kawasaki zephyr zr400Low milage at 22'449No tax or m. o. tIdeal winter project. I bought the bike around four months ago with intensions of restoring but im hoping to sell the bike now to put towards a smaller bike for my kids christmas present. I have shortened the tail section of the bike by 3" to give it a more classic cafe racer style and i personally think the bike looks better in preportion now. But still keeps the orginal lines of the zephyr. Just a subtle difference. I have had the bike running about a month ago and the carbs could do with some tunning to suit the pod air filters. To finish the bike here is a list of things that i am aware of. Needs chain. number plate. attery. fork seals. fuel tap leaks fuel slightly. exhaust needs finishing. brakes need bleeding. the paint work will want rubbing down and polishing or could be left still looks fanatstic and some brakets making to secure the seat. Nothing to majore.  Good points.  Very clean. new tyres. supposably re-built engine at some point. new paint job which looks great. very very shinny. Comes with 2 boxes full of bits. spare wiring loom. calipers. light. sprokets. Too many bits to list. Log book and key is present and the bike is ready to go.  Thanks for looking.
