1994 KAWASAKI ZX9R NINJA WINTER PROJECT / TRACK BIKE / SPARES OR REPAIR

UP FOR AUCTION IS MY KAWASAKI ZX9R PROJECT. I BOUGHT IT IN THE CONDITION IT IS NOW. AND HAVE COME TO THE REALISATION I DONT HAVE THE SPACE TO DO IT (WINNING BIDDER WILL FIND THIS OUT ON COLLECTION!)

    Firstly let me start by saying this bike is a NON RUNNER and requires a new engine. There is no mot or tax and hasn't been used for up to a year. So please bear in mind that it will need picking up on a trailer or in a van. I know of a good courier that advertises on ebay and can deliver to you for ??80 anywhere in England and wales and possibly Scotland but you will need to check!

Considering that the bike is 20 years old its not in that bad of a condition and generally scrubs up well as can be seen in pictures. the paintjob has been done very well to be honest cant see any runs etc so must have been done professionally as all the graphix have been lacquered in! 

All brakes work well and has nearly new maxxis tyres. has a lovely danmoto carbon can.

bike comes with 1 key that fits all locks. old mot's and a complete engine that has been stripped. my plan was to part out the stripped motor make a couple ?????? and pay for a new motor to put in mine. as it came stripped and I don't know the reason it was stripped. also comes with alternator. starter motor etc

so to cap it off. we have the original motor still in the bike. and a spare engine in bits. and you could sell bits off of both to fund the new motor and probably have some change!

Things to note.

Winning bidder to apply for the logbook as I never recieved it from previous owner. a full receipt will be given! I have the key. old mot's and it is also hpi clear!

n/s fairing not attached and just placed there for pictures (will require fairing bolt kit for this side. the rest of the bike has stainless bolts)

Tank has had a tank bag protector stuck to it. and whatever glue has been used has took the paint off! a tank bag would cover or just run as it is.

Bike has a full tank of gas. but not sure on quality.

All electrics work fine and it holds charge.

This bike would be perfect for a track bike (175 mph machine!) or return to the road as a very cheap summer tool! It would be a pitty to break this bike as it a good looking pretty original bike. but you would make a fair bit of money from it if that was your plan.
