Description

ZX9R C1 R reg. -29. 62 miles.

As the result of an ?ˆ?I think I will do a u turn. Now?ˆ? car driver this motorcycle is a category C write off. The damage was fairly low speed and mainly to the left side.

Damage to the left side includes:

Some minor damage to the nose fairing. the one still on the bike. and is repairable.

Left hand panel was unrecoverable and was to be re-sprayed and replaced by the green left hand panel (See Photo)

The right hand panel was removed to enable access to replace the radiator and has no damage from the accident.

The belly pan was unrecoverable and was to be re-sprayed and replaced by a mauve belly pan (See Photo). The colour matched infill for the belly pan is broken. (see photo) but it is a clean break and is repairable.

Other items that come with/are fitted to this motorcycle include:

A K& N air filter - fitted.

A Yoshimura end can fitted- as spares there is also the OE & a Micron end can (See Photo).

A Spyball Patriot alarm and immobiliser system.

A Givi top box and rack.

Goodridge brake lines front and rear.

Bridgestone T30R tyres ?ˆ“ practically new.

LED indicators c/w resistors.

Smoked screen fitted - along with the clear OE screen.

Pair of brand new R & G Crash bungs.

New reservoir fitted.

New Radiator fitted.

Prior to the accident the bike had a top end service and valve check along with a new set of head bearings.

The turd in the pipe is that:

The lock stop on the frame is broken. An engine mounting to the left hand side of the frame is broken; it is the mounting that the bolt for the left hand crash bung locates.

Both of which are an MOT failure.

If I had a garage. along with the space and time. I personally would consider getting hold of a new frame and swapping them over. I don?ˆ™t . I haven?ˆ™t so I can?ˆ™t but it might suit someone who has!

I would consider splitting for parts but would prefer to sell it as a complete lot as the bike has been loved and the engine is a corker; and it is much easier to transport with the wheels still on it! I have taken a number of pictures but I would be more than happy to take any extras that you might require and send them on to you. I am also more than happy if you want to give her the once over. give me a call and we can organise a convenient time for a visit. If you have any questions or queries please don?ˆ™t hesitate to contact me as I am more than happy to answer them.
