Kawasaki ER250 Z250 Scorpion. 1988. 38. 21 miles. 12 months MOT. V5 present 

The bike runs starts and rides well and I have owned it for 5 years. I?ˆ™m only selling it as I don?ˆ™t use it enough anymore and need the room in my garage. In the time I?ˆ™ve had it I have changed the oil and filter every 1500 miles to keep the engine in good condition and it is mechanically sound with good brakes. tyres. suspension and everything else working as it should. The bike can be ridden away as it is.

It has been converted to chain drive from the original belt drive as new belts are hard to get hold of and expensive. the chain drive works well and it has a simple chain oiler fitted.   The bike also has a luggage rack fitted and comes with a big top box that?ˆ™s good for stashing a helmet in or carrying stuff.

Cosmetically it is a bit scruffy with some superficial surface rust and has had a DIY paint job by the previous owner. the front mudguard is cracked and the seat cover has split but is taped up.   I had planned to buy a non-running bike and swap the shiny bits over to this one which make for a very nice bike but I?ˆ™m too busy and never got round to it.
