1997 Kawasaki ER500-A1 with just 4553 miles

Genuinely ultra low mileage. one lady owner bike that has been Stored for last 10 years. Now re-commissioned with a new battery. fresh oil and filter. cleaned out tank and carbs. carbs balanced. Twelve months MOT with no advisories. It starts willingly and rides smoothly like a new bike.

The frame and some of the painted engine castings have some scabbing from where it's been stored and the ignition switch is slightly temperamental where it has been sitting for so long. it has been WD40'd to death and has improved to 98% sorted and should be fine with use. The front brake is a little sticky but just needs use. it has been cleaned up and the slide bracket has been lubricated. so again it should be fine with more use. A great bike that will make a great daily ride. commuter. first bike.

I describe all my bikes as accurately as I can and do my best to notice as much detail as possible whilst I am cleaning them.  I ride all bikes that are being sold as runners before I list them to make sure they ride as they should or as per the description.  When you buy a bike from me you are welcome to have a mechanic check it over before you collect.
