I am the second owner of this 1982 Kawasaki KDX 450 two stroke motorcycle. This is a very rare motorcycle that was only in production 1 year. Kawasaki produced a 420 in previous years. but this is the 450 model made only in 1982. It has been garaged its whole life and well cared for. It was to fast for original owner so it was hardly ridden. It is complete. ready to ride anywhere. and qualifies for AHMRA. It should be in a collection it is so nice. Mechanical Condition: Starts first kick every time. no leaks anywhere. idles even. no smoke. shifts great. and pulls hard. It rides like a new bike. All mechanicals working properly. lights. odometer ect. The rear tire is in great shape. front tire has a dry rot crack. (unmounted new front tire included with sale). The brakes work well. Oil changed two months ago. Cosmetic Condition: The plastics. paint. rubber. aluminum and chrome are original and in great shape. No rust anywhere. Missing the stickers on the gas tank.
