 1976 KZ900. ith LTD seat. im's. rakes. enders. Bike has been fully restored/rebuilt. I'll start with the frame which was powdercoated with a rainbow metallic powder which looks black until the sun hit's it. arious other pieces were done as well. ew tapered steering stem bearings. heel's were also powdercoated then new NSK bearings installed. ew tires. rake calipers were rebuilt. ew pads. tainless lines installed. as a Suzuki hayabusa master cylinder on front for better feel. orks has new seals and fork oil. ll cables replaced. lectrical is all new. ew ignition and control switches. as dyna coils/wires and dyna electronic ignition. as new stator/regulator-rectifier from Rick's electric. as new starter solenoid. ll new turn signals. ew rear shocks. ody work has fresh paint job and emblems were painted as well. efore tank was painted it was thoroughly cleaned down to bare metal then coated with Caswell tank liner(a proven system that will keep this tank free of rust forever). auges have new covers. now the engine. was totally disassembled. rank was shipped to Falicon to get balanced and to get the pins welded. ransmission was sent to R&D transmissions in Florida to get magnafluxed/heat-treated and to have a street cut done. very gasket. seal. -ring was replaced. ew clutch plates-springs. D detent return spring. vershift bushing installed. ew cam-chain with manual adjuster. ll rollers replaced. ylinder got a fresh hone job and new Kawasaki ring's installed(piston clearance was like new). PE cylinder HD studs installed. ylinder head was totally rebuilt. ew guides-seals. resh 3 angle valve job. ew springs. PE cam end plugs. arb's are 28mm and were thoroughly cleaned . ynchronized and dialed in. ew air filters. rankcase breather. ines etc new. as new chain and sprockets along with new Vance and Hines exhaust. very nut bolt was either replaced with stainless or a chrome one. hat the bike does still need is a left front caliper and line installed for dual disc brakes and a right front fork reflector. have put less than 50 miles on this since the build was finished. do this for a living and am selling to get money for a Top Fuel bike I am currently building. have over $6400 in receipts in this bike and that is getting all parts at dealer pricing and does not include any of my own time rebuilding the motor or disassembly and assembly. y loss -your gain.
