1979 Kawsaki KZ1000 A2

 1979 Kawasaki KZ1000 A2 complete frame off restoration. Bike was finished 7 years ago and has had around 6 thousand miles put on since completion. Frame and associated parts were powder coated black. Most of the stock chrome was re-chromed and many additional parts were chromed. Complete re-paint using Standox paint the color is a close match to a late model Kawasaki color and the tank was sealed with Pro-15. Pirelli Sport Demon tires (back tire has less than 500 miles) and Corbin Gun Fighter seat replaced the originals. All electrics work as they should. lights. horn. charging system and starter. Gauges work as they should. speedometer and tachometer.   All cables were replaced and the brakes front and rear were completely re-built. New sprockets front and rear and heavy duty 630 size chain. Stock gear ratio. The motor has extensive high performance modifications done as follows.
