Hi and thanks for checking out my auction. I am selling a fairly early 1972 H2 triple in running condition. Its a blast to ride. when the power band comes on. its just a kick in the pants.
Condition. bike is in fair running condition. I rode it two nights ago. it pulls strong and all the gears work. It does not idle smooth. but the compression at the crank feels strong. I think a carb clean would smooth things out. The frame has been painted burgundy some years back. but it appears unmolested other than that. The photos should do the talking for me.
The exhaust is Bassoni and it has K&N filters. The oil tank has been replaced by a lawn mower gas tank. The battery box has been modified to fit a bigger battery. but I have a stock box in good shape that I am throwing in. The existing engine covers look 40 years old. but they are in tact and show no signs of crashing. rather dings from moving around the garage for 40+ years. The left hand body cover. countershaft sprocket cover and Oil pump cover are missing. The bike seems pretty complete other than those items. No broken fins or broken engine parts.
