 For Sale!2011 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 ClassicWith a Lehman Storm Trike. Factory InstalledWe bought this trike. back in March of 2014. My wife wanted me to see if. I was all washed up for riding a motorcycle. or was I just rusty. after not riding for the last 29 years. When. I got married. My Mother-in-law discourage me from riding. and we never seem to have the money to buy one. Plus. I never rode with any passengers before. And. my wife had issues where involuntary movement wasn't un-normal to happen. My wife has CP. but she has been riding behind me. since it got warm.   So. we bought a trike. And. we really love riding it.   We are going to put it up for sale. but don't need to sell it. and won't let it go. except for a price. we feel comfortable with. We will include the cover for it. this is the gold-wing type cover for the trike. Our trike is gloss black. with Mother of Pearl accents. is how I describe it. We have been adding some bling. as in Chrome Radiator Cover. that has a flame design on it. We did paint the original cover in red. then the chrome cover fits over it. And. the Ignition Rectifier has the same flame design with chrome in color. But. the original cover we have stored on the shelf. We have replaced the short sissy bar with a new. luggage carrier. and a small trunk. The trunk  did get damaged when it was shipped. so we tried to repair it. with fiberglass. It's been holding up for the last 800 miles. so we believe it will last for sometime. There are three stickers that came with the trunk. We changed the passenger pegs with foot pads. What my wife wanted. and easier to stay in the back seat. We have replaced the original seat with a gel seat. which gives the driver a higher back. and the passenger get's a larger place to be comfortable. it's larger than the original. which is included with the sale. We have changed the front head-light bulb with LED bulb. but today. I found out. this may have to be changed back to the original bulb. We have bought a pair of LED for the front turn signals. but not got them in place. yet.  (one issue) The turn signals do not flash either left or right. They flash 4-ways. That is only problem. we have with our trike. But. I just put out my arm. You never forget to turn off the signal.   It's electronic ignition. and electric start.    It's pretty light to move around. It does NOT have reverse. It does sit pretty close to the ground. so if you trailer it. ever. Special attention is needed to when you put the trike into the trailer. We used extra two 48" ramps. when we used an alum. motorcycle trailer to go get my license with the trike.   This trike is water cooled. The sight glass to the oil is under near the frame. Oil filler is on left side. by your foot. In Iowa. we charge 7% taxes. Any extra fee's and charges are the buyers expense and if you need to ship after you purchase it. We will require a $500 deposit through PayPal. And. whatever the rest of it will need to be paid for and picked up within 7 days. You will need to bring cash. and we will proceed to my bank to verify the money is good. and the correct amount. We will need 24 -36 hours to bring the title to the bank  location. we will even pay for your one - two night stay. once the funds are cleared. We do still have money against this bike and the title is still secured in a different location by the title holder. You probably will want to trailer this. not that it has issues. but it's winter here. And. you need to get insurance and your title in your name before taking it out for a ride. Once you get on it. you won't want to get off. We always put the blue stabilizer in the fuel. when we fill up. It takes about $5. 00 every half a tank to fill it. This also depends on the price. We only use unleaded.   We have changed oil and filter since we bought it. once. You will want to get the filter that has the socket head on the filter. It would be much easier to change. We have only put on about 2000 miles. since we got it. It has around 3490+ miles on it now. This will change. when the weather is nice to ride. Just can't resist. and it's good to ride it. when the weather is nice out. Then. we come back. and she get's her coat wiped down. and when the pipes have cooled off. her cover goes back over her. and her battery maintainer is plugged back in. This comes with disc brakes on all three wheels. We are the 2nd owners. The first was an older gentleman. around his 80's. We bought it from a dealership. C&C Cycle in Chariton. IA. We have bought a manual for it. All. stock parts are included.   I've contacted the Lehman trike manufacter. and they have been communicating about the issue with turn signals. We will try and have this corrected before it leaves. or we will send it forward to the buyer. We have been sent copies of the Lehman Manual. and we will get this organized and copied for the new owners.   This would make a real nice bike for someone.  I've put on the items. you can rest your feet. on the engine protection bars. You may wish to relocate them.   You must pick up locally and in person. If. you want it shipped. then you come in person and pay in cash. nbsp; and then you can arrange shipping. after the payment has cleared. No bike moves until the Title is signed and the money is paid.   All sales are finalWhen you. Buy It Now. you must pay the deposit of $500 right then. The rest of the money. is required within 7 days. The 8th day after this. the deposit is kept and the auction is cancelled. And. the negative feedback will be left. It would be a nice Christmas Present. for someone else or for yourself. It's fun to ride in parades. you don't ever have to put your feet down at all. Everyone will complement us on the bike. about everywhere we go. I've some small wear marks. that my cleaning won't bring out. But. I'm not good with a buffer and polish. I do try my best to keep her clean. but in my garage the wind does prance through. ever so often. I just remembered. there was an front fender brace added. It looks like what a Harley would have and Chrome. We had plans to add more chrome bling. just not enough money to get them at this time.   If you  have questions. please ask.
