1974 Kawasaki S-3 triple 400

This bike was parked in running condition inside a pole barn in 1980 and never moved until now. It will need restoration and is sold as is where it is with no warrenty !!  The motor will   not turn over with the kick starter - It is complete less one tool box side cover and one intake tube that connects the carb to the air cleaner as best I can tell - I am not or have ever    been a motorcycle guy and so it needs to go to a good home !! I have a correct title for it from the Illinois DMV - I paid a 100$ fee for the search and the title !!  The buyer will arrange and pay for any and all shipping costs - I will assist in any way I can !!  I understand the S-3 as this bike is titled was a 1974 only manufacture - NADA gives me a price of $655. 00 in    fair condition - add a 100$ for the title and the reserve becomes simple - Please ask any and all Questions - This bike needs a owner who will save it - I will digest all information and offers and respond !!!  It is a 400 cc 3 cylinder ( Triple )
