Description

Here we have my custom built dream dirt bike. I'm not too thrilled about selling it. and I don't absolutely need to. I have many of the receipts. 6 months to research and save. 3 months to order all the parts. 2 months to build to perfection. Further torn down to EACH and EVERY part. then reassembled "NEW" with nearly all new parts. I am 38yrs old and never had a dirt bike before this. I purchased it as a pile of parts. literally. I then went about tearing it all down to nothing but parts. Then doing the research into what to purchase to make it an amazing and basically new dirt bike that could be used by myself (6'2"/180lbs) for exploring the trails in the woods near my house. This bike is a culmination of the best parts recommended by users of enthusiast forums for the purpose of an adult riding single track/woods trails. It's low and light. and has a very low 1st gear so negotiating "obstacles" is easy/possible. I am an artist and perfectionist. and have built unique and amazing "things" my whole life. Here's your chance to own one of my creations. (Spend 10 minutes with me and you'll understand)  :) Here is a parts list of what is new off the top of my head: 1. New Hot Rods engine rebuild kit including all new Crank Shaft. Piston Rod. Bearings and Seals. 2. 2 New Wiseco Pistons (plus the original will be included. The cylinder is sleeved. I had the engine bored to the 1st new piston. then took the cylinder and piston back after just the first week of it being "completed". to have them replace the "new" piston and re-finish the ports again.   I checked for scratching a week after. before I sealed the intake and exhaust. gave it my final approval and said it's done!) 3. Re-New-ed FMF Gold Series FATTY Exhaust Pipe (cleaned inside carbon buildup! Took more than a week to do!) 4. New Pro-Circuit Type 296 Spark Arrester Silencer/Muffler (Lowest db and largest available. though still quite loud when revved!!) 5. New 6Sigma Custom Jet Kit 6. New Boyesen Dual Stage Power Reads 7. New Moose Racing Triple Layer Air Filter (Precision Pre-oiled) 8. New Stealth 12oz Flywheel Weight (reduces engine stalls. $120) 9. New Fastway Performance Evolution II Formula 4 Foot Pegs (mounted to YZ250 foot peg mounts I had welded to the frame. Lowered the foot position by nearly 2 inches from stock. MUCH Stronger. safer and comfortable!) 10. New Full Wrap Solid Aluminum Bar Handguards (yellow and strong) 11. New Rox Speed FX 2" Handlebar Risers (fully adjustable angle/height) 12. New Fly Racing Gold 6061-T6 Aluminum Handlebars (Vibration reducing. very thick/strong tube) 13. New Pro Grip 714 Soft Gel Dual Sport MX Hand Grips (comfortable/vibration reducing) 14. New custom "Left Hand Rear Brake Lever and Master Cylinder" (Trick! Much better! Free your right foot in right hand turns. pull wheelie tricks otherwise not possible!) 15. New Professionally made Custom Rear Brake Cable (Clear/Stainless) 16. New Throttle Tube (Cut in half for Custom "half grip twist" = Safer. more control!) 17. New Throttle Cable 18. New (rebuilt) Front Brake Master Cylinder 19. New Front Brake Lever 20. New Clutch Perch 21. New custom Clutch Lever 22. New Clutch Cable 23. New EK O-Ring Chain (O-yeah!) 24. New 12 and 14 Tooth Front Sprocket (for changing overall gear ratio) 25. New Answer 7075-T6 Gold Anodized Aluminum 55 Tooth Rear Sprocket (New old stock. no longer available. awesome!) 26. New Moose Racing Fork Oil and Dust Seals (forks rebuilt. Also. STIFFER SPRINGS than stock!) 27. New Moose Racing Magnetic Oil Drain Plug 28. New Motion Pro Liteloc Rim Lock for rear wheel 29. New Motion Pro Armor Rim Strip Tape 30. New Polisport Gas Cap (Matching dual color) 31. New FULL SET+extras of Polisport body plastics!! (Polypropylene. Will not fade/age/dull in sun like "other" brands!) 32. New 15watt LED headlights (one has blown LED. removed from bike. included) 33. New Motorcycle Horn (loud) 34. New 14. 8volt 5000mah Lithium Polymer Battery (and digital charger if you need it. make note in comments if won) 35. New FMF Pipe Springs and O-rings 36. New Aftermarket Rims! (shiny chrome finish. can't remember brand. Doh!) 37. New Dunlop MX-71 Rear Tire (Awesome!) 38. New IRC iX05H Front Tire (Great!) 39. New Front Tube 40. New STI Extreme Duty 4mm Rear Tube (Yes. the tube is a full 4-millimeters thick!) 41. New Radiator Hoses 42. New Bearings and seals throughout the entire bike (swingarm. rear shock linkages and wheels!) 43. "Color-Shift" paint. Main color is Blue. but shifts all the way from teal green/blue/purple/copper/gold. From a $30 spray can. Nice but not very durable. (Explains the high wear in short time near foot pegs) 44. New custom made "silver carbon" seat cover! 45. Hmmm. pretty sure there's more. Also: Many of the stock white detail plastics such as the radiator guards have been replaced with the "black" equivalent. The flywheel cover is the darker variant from the "Monster Energy" version. Oh. what else? I know there's more. hmmm. Oh. a bit about how I built it and have maintained it: 1. The intake and exhaust system is fully sealed with high temp silicone to ensure no leaks in or out of the engine! 2. I only used the correct/best fluids I could find for the engine and forks. Period. 3. Filled with only Klots 2 Stroke Oil and Ethanol Free gas. 4. I'm a beginner who ran it through woods and paths near my house. I was afraid to do anything "risky". Always started and ridden as if I were breaking it in. It has been babied! :) I want this bike to go to a good home! Buy it to keep it because it's perfect for you. just like I built it to have it for the rest of my life. If local. a Test drive is OK. but must have valid ID and show true interest by bidding here on ebay. This bike is for those who are accustom to having the finer things in life. and take care of what they have.   ;)Overall. I am selling it to fund a new hobby. and my electric dirt bike is more "3yr-old-in-tow" friendly. I'm feeling generous and festive. Take it now. as I may decide I want it more than (my new hobby) by the time spring rolls around. Thanks for looking. Jay PS: For my build credentials. check out the electric bike and the pink electric quad/rock crawler in the background of the pics. I custom built both of them. and they are amazing!  ;)
