zl900 eliminator

hi here is a good solid project for somebody its a complete zl900 but is a non runner . it will require a good amount of attention to bring it up to scratch - i was going to do it myself but have neither the time . money or space to do it so has to go . having spent a bit of time looking at it over xmas break i realise this is not a five minute fix i have taken a video of the starting problem and will try to upload it but if no joy i will try to explain. when you push the start button the engine will start to spin but throws the starter out and makes a awfull noise ! on investigation its quite a common fault with the tensioner chain (apparantly a design fault) as you can see from the pictures its definatly a saver . so i would advise to come and take a look before bidding .   good luck 0773 6061288  mickdue to it being a non runner buyer is responsable for pick up from southampton take a look at kawa zl900 starter chain trouble   on you tube
