This incredibly rare old tax exempt 1971 Kawasaki G3SSA 90 has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to machinery than ours. PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES. As you can see this bike has got a few bits missing. a few bits damaged/broken. a few bits rusty/corroded & a few bits are very nice indeed. The wheels are straight with nice clean chrome rims. good hubs & brake plates. Forks & yokes look straight. Mudguards are both solid. Tail light bracket is good as are the headlight hangers. Speedometer looks great. Fuel tank is clean inside and has just minor dints & scratches in the original paint. Exhaust system is original & solid. Seat base is in solid condition. Chain guard is tidy. The engine is cosmetically quite clean. it turns over nicely off the kick starter & displays compression but we haven't run it up. The bike is currently unregistered. The registration process is reasonably uncomplicated.

We HAVE NOT got the Certificate of Title but we will provide proof that VAT & Duty is paid on the NOVA system.

REGISTRATION

1. You need to get the bike MOT’d.

2. You need to prove the year of manufacture in writing. Phone Kawasaki UKs customer services on 01628 856643 with the frame & engine Numbers. /p>

3. You need to have valid insurance on the bike. You can insure it on the chassis number.

4. Send all this paper work to the DVLA. who will charge you ?55 for the 1st registration & the current amount for the road tax.

5. The DVLA will send you your age related registration number.
