1999 Kawasaki Ninja ZX9R Runs Great NO TITLE

This Zx9 runs. rides and stops good. The engine is strong and it pulls hard  to the redline through all the gears.  This bike belongs to a friend of mine. he bought it a few years back as a theft recovery from a towing company. Thats why it has no title It is legally his property to sell.   He just put a plate on from another bike and rode it thats way. Never got around to buying another frame to swap it and now has to sell it because he is moving. The bike has been repainted. decent job. fairings are all there and tight but have scratches and a few cracks. Its going to need a chain soon. fork seals are leaking and the tires are shot.
