 1979 Kawasaki 1000 shaft only made for 2 years 1979 and 1980 same 1015cc motor as the MKII with reinforced cases . 16 tooth crank . 5 speed transmission.

today was first day bike has been started and rode in a year. it is currently tagged  as a antique vehicle And has a clear texas title. In state of texas signal lights are not required but I have some for the bike if you'd like to have them . they are oem signal lights for this bike.  I have a old battery in it but have the correct battery for it  is brand new in box . bike has a new K&N  air filter on it. could use little TLC . need front tire for sure. bike does run good and can be rode as is . Oil has been changed .
