RELISTED DUE TO EBAY ENDING IT EARLY INSTEAD OF JUST ASKING TO SEE THE LOGBOOK. Sorry to all that bid last time for the time wastingThis is my ER6f 2008. I bought this bike with one intention. to learn and to pass my test! My issue is height and with the new restrictions in place for bike type for a full licence I was not able to find a school with a bike low enough for me to happily learn on. since the ER6 meets the requirements for a full licence I bought this one and lowered it to suit. now that I have passed I feel much more confident and able to handle a slightly higher bike but the learning process was made much easier with this modification. it is easily returned to standard by the replacement of the spring and removal of an offset link (a 5 minute job)The main of the scuffs and scratches on this bike are from the previous owner whom owned it from new. I purchased it happily like this thinking I may actually damage it further by learning. but it is not the case. I have introduced the crash mushrooms to walls and dropped the bike when I first got it in 2013. but I may add this was dropped while not moving and before lowering it!The bike has let me down once since buying it when a light came on the dash and it was a faulty sensor which was replaced. It has taken me on many day trips out and been used as a commuter for a daily 10 mile run for the past 6 months since passing. I have changed bikes hence the reason for selling. I would recommend a visit to view the bike should you have an interest in it as is a gem of a bike which starts first time and runs really well. I get around 140 miles to a full tank before the warning light comes on so a very fuel efficient machine too. The Good:Excellent starter and runnerComes with spare keyHeated handlebarsExtra. switched. very bright Day running lightsExtra (small) licence plate with the bike and smaller LED indicator setup (these things come with the bike but I removed them to return to stock for the test and TBH the stock setup is brighter and better!)Long MOT until September 2015Excellent learner or first big bike for a safe and in control riding positionThe Bad:If anything I would say the chain may need changing soon. but this is something I did on my new bike whether it needed it or not!& The Ugly:There are scratches down the offside fairing (not me)Chips on the handlebar end paint (not me)Some rust in places (definitely not me)Crash mushrooms are scratched (me :-( )Various other minor cosmetics. best to see the pictures and to pop over and look!If you're interested and would like to come have a look. I am 2 minutes from J28 on the M1 and my partner can be reached on 07747746773Cash on collection only and no test rides without the cash in hand! although I would be happy to ride it for you without! Thanks!
