I have owned this bike for many years and it has never seen rain as you can tell by the mileage. However these days my health prevents me from riding such a large bike so reluctantly it is here to sell. As you can see from the video it is partially dressed.

What the video does not show you is that it also has K&N washable filters and a brand new battery. It will have twelve months MOT when sold.
Ideal for those with short legs these VN750s were so popular in the USA that the production ran for 20 years ending in 2006. While Americans might use their Hogs and Indians for the weekend. the VN750 was their work day hack of choice. That means there are loads of spares and custom goodies in the US and they are cheap enough to import. This bike though is a genuine A9 UK version. Slightly faster so I am told. I’ve seen 115 out of it. any more would really need progressive front springs as they are too soft for high speed work. An upgrade I was planning to do. but time marches on.
Prior to the VN I always owned big 4s and while it is not going to compete with a big 4 it is no slouch when you grab a fist full.
The only other things worth mentioning are that it is due an oil change and the forward drive assembly makes a whistling noise at certain RPM. Usually in 3rd and 4th gear but you can drive beyond it. This happens because the pinion preload needs adjustment. It can be adjusted by any competent mechanic as it is just a matter of replacing or removing shims. I imported a complete forward drive unit from the states some time ago and you could simply fit the whole thing rather than mess about with shims. I never bothered up to now as I do so few miles the whistling was not a huge problem.
The bike is here on a classified ad. That means you have plenty of time to come and see it before committing financially.
