- Why am I selling this bike? Arthritis and degenerative disc disease have taken the fun out of adventure riding for me. That’s one reason the bike has so few miles on it.

- With 150 horsepower and the most advanced computer on any motorcycle even a novice can ride with confidence on the street or in the dirt. It has 4 riding modes: Sport Street Enduro and Rain all designed to help you adapt to the environment and have fun doing it.

- The Jesse Odyssey II 8” hard bags are the best hard bags on the planet. They have watertight top covers that also act as storage compartments. The bags can be removed and put back on in less than 1 minute and can be adjusted forward or backwards. They are 34” wide; extend side to side the same distance from the center of the bike and are 1” narrower than the handlebars so if you’re riding in tight spaces and clear the handlebars you’ll clear the bags.

- The aftermarket CalScience Windscreen does a magnificent job of providing complete torso and head protection from the elements which helps reduce fatigue on long trips. Note: The stock windshield is also included and looks brand new as it was taken off in the first 100 miles. It also works great but in my advancing age (62) I am always looking for Goldwing comfort.

- I’ve done a few unique things with lighting mainly because I want to see and be seen whenever I ride. In the front are piercing white-hot KTM OEM auxiliary lights tucked under the front fairing plus white LED driving lights low on the frame. In the rear I installed a flashing red LED license plate auxiliary brake light and red LED side running lights along the vertical surfaces of the license plate holder. To enhance visibility from the side I installed side yellow LED marker lights and auxiliary turned signals that are partially hidden just aft of the tank fairing. These help notify drivers who are parallel to you that you intend to change lanes.

- If you’re looking for a KTM 1190 Adventure you won’t find one in better condition or with as many well-thought out extras – over $4000 worth all designed to protect you and the bike and make adventure riding more enjoyable.

- I have tried to show the bike from every angle so you can see it’s as beautiful and well maintained as I described. The bike is in showroom condition except for some dirt and grime that is hiding in crevasses that I either can’t see or I couldn’t reach and some rub marks on the bag mounts where the bags touch when mounted. The close-up photos are meant to provide you with more detail not to identify any flaws because there just aren’t any. - Shipping: If you decide to have the bike shipped to your destination I will go out of my way to meet the shipper at a location and time of his choosing. Some shippers use large semis that can’t come into residential neighborhoods. The last time I sold a bike I met the shipper at the local BMW dealership which was right off the freeway and semi-truck friendly.

- Pay Instructions: I would like a $500 deposit via PayPal or overnight by Money Order or Cashier’s Check to secure the bike. The balance should be paid within 10 days; direct money transfer cashier’s check or personal check is fine; however I will not release the bike until the payment (both deposit and balance) have cleared the bank.
