Reason for sale is I just don't get a chance to ride it as much. I had an R1 before and 1098 before that. Wanted another twin and got this. Great bike. in great condition with low miles. If I could keep it locked up for a few months I would! But I can't justify keeping her locked up with nowhere to go. Just been MOT'd last week. Will need rear tyre and rear pads in a few 100 miles. All recalls and warranty work done. It has never been used on track. The original owner paid 10. 95. 00 for it when the model first came out. He only used it as a second bike.
The bike also has a lighter rear spring fitted. as was standard with this model from 2010 on. The original spring is also included.
The front fork springs were changed for the official WP cartridge kit that came as standard in the RC8R model. The original fork internals will also be included with the bike.
Bar ends have been changed for R&G and R&G swinging arm bobbins fitted.
These bikes have everything as standard; WP suspension. WP steering damper. Marchesini wheels. Brembo monoblock calipers.
Included in the sale is the full toolkit and KTM owners briefcase. both keys and the red key.
Tyres are Michelin Pilot Pures.
