1983 KTM 504 MX

1983 Vintage big bore 4 stroke desert racing machine. Starts, perates and runs like it is supposed to - like a beast, ith tractor torque. Solid engine which has been bored (by a previous owner) to 560cc [94 mm piston]. This bike could be ridden as-is or would be perfect candidate for an enthusiast's restoration. It is outfitted in replication plastic now with a painted original tank. There are cracks in the airbox, ut nothing else important is out of shape. The subframe has been shortened to an MX configuration. The engine itself is worth my reserve. WP MX forks (one fork leg is a replacement, hus the different colors). BING 54 mm carburetor with extra needle/jets. Original SuperTrapp exhaust. Newer tires. Owner's manual included. Bill-of-sale - no title. VIN is Austrian - not conventional length. Garaged. I am 60 miles from Boise and would be happy to transport it there to facilitate shipping. Buyer is responsible for any necessary crating and shipping.
