2014 KTM SX 85 Big Wheel 12 hours use

2014 KTM 85 SX Big Wheel.   Approx 12 hours use.   £2. 95 ono.   North Yorkshire.

Bike Spec:

Totally standard with the addition of the following:

Full "FTS A-Kit" British Championship winning suspension package. standard springs

Hardcore Racing power valve spring

Nihilo Concepts reinforced gripper seat cover

Holeshot Device

Works Connection reinforced radiator

Large capacity clutch casing cover - allows 100cc extra oil in gearbox

Bike History:

Bought brand new from Bikesport Newcastle for £4. 95

Raced in 8 events in 2014 (max 12 hours use)

Only used for practicing once when we were running the bike in and testing re-valved suspension (we used a spare bike for all other practicing)

Recent top end rebuild. piston has done approx 2 hours.

New clutch has only done 1 race event.  Still on original clutch basket which is in perfect condition.

The bike has always been run on Motul 800T 2 stroke oil at 40:1

Gear box oil changed after every day of riding

Air filters changed after every race and always run with sand protectors over filters.

We had planned to use this bike for all our racing in 2014 & 2015. but our season was cut short when my son badly broke his leg.   He?ˆ™s now had a huge growth spurt and outgrown the 85 two years early. so we are moving to a 125.

Fantastic. reliable bike in immaculate condition. Very reluctant sale. but you can?ˆ™t stop these kids growing.
