2002 KTM 400 EXC with 2006 bodywork STREET LEGAL. Lots XTRAS NR will ship

 Here is my 2002 400 EXC with 2006 bodywork and subframe.   This bike runs and rides XLNT.   It has Factory Connection suspension set up for 170 lb rider and is the best suspension I ever felt on any bike.    The bike was originally purchased street legal in Ohio.   I was able to get it registered in CA street legal with a license plate and insurance. nbsp; but it was "redflagged" by DMV a few days later as a non legal CA emission motorcycle (dirtbike) and they asked me to bring the bike in for inspection and did not send me my title in the mail unless I did.   I never did bring the bike in and never got the title. nbsp; I rode the bike offroad and in Baja. Mexico anyways.   You will never get a CA title because of the stricter laws here. and the plate they gave me is not valid. but any other state should be fine.   I still have copies of all my paperwork in my name and can give you a bill of sale. notary. lost title form. nbsp; or anything else you need to complete paperwork for your state. 2002 400 EXC enduro.   6 speed transmission.
