Kymco Agility 125cc, missing ignition

This is a Kymco Agility 125 that was recently in good operating condition until it was stolen about 2 weeks ago and recovered this past week. I have the title to prove that this is mine and not stolen property. During its absence. the scooter had its ignition and battery removed and the front panel was broken to allow hotwiring. The thieves also melted the side panel around the keyhole for access to the storage under the seat. The scooter has ~15. 00 km on it (9600mi). The rear tire and the exhaust system were both replaced within the last 6 months. It could be bought for parts or repair if you have the time/know-how.
