Lambretta Li Series 3 - Italian - Beautifully Restored Scooter

Beautifully Restored Italian Lanbretta Li Series 3I am really gutted to have to be selling this. especially because i have not even had the chance to take it out! I am selling because I have been given to opportunity to open a business and Ineed to raise the funds for it.  OK. I will do my best to answer all questions on this. but if you have any questions. please asked and i will get back to you ASAP!This Lambretta has been imported from Italy. and has had a complete overhaul. When I got it it was in a very sorry state. It was very rusty and the engine was F*%ked. I have the whole scooter professionally sandblasted. repaired and resprayed - (The pictures make the blue look a bit darker than it actually is - I would say its a midnight blue) The original engine was no good and was beyond repair. I have replaced this with a 125cc engine from a Lambretta Li 3 Special. this is a better engine than the standard one. It has had a full engine rebuild and runs beautifully. Its quite fast for a 125cc. the gearing is very good.  Most of the part where completely unusable and whilst i would have preferred to keep it 100% original. it just was not an option. I did how ever use all Casa parts and replaced everything! well over ??1000 has been spent on part and I spared no expense. There are only 2 things left that I wanted to do and that was to replace the seat cover and get the kick start re-chromed. I was going to get this done before the summer but as i am selling I thought it would be best to leave it to the new owner. I have not had it Uk registered. as it would mean I wouldn't be able to sell it for another 6-8 weeks and i need the cash a lot sooner than that. I do however have the MOT with Frame number on it. Lambretta archive certificate and a receipt from the importer. this is very easy to do. I just can't wait. The Scooter has been MOT'd but as it is not register. I have only drove it 2 miles. This is basically a great scooter that has done 2 miles since a full overhaul. I have spent over ??5000 on this as I thought I would be keeping it.
