Laverda Alpino 500 Sport for restoration very original

This is a very original Laverda Alpino Sport project motorcycle. It has matching engine and chassis numbers and all of those impossible to get parts which are no longer available such as the exhaust. the carbs. rear sets ace bars. the list is endless. The engine was running. didn't make any nasty noises and sounded fantastic when I bought it two years ago and I will have it running for the buyer. The Brembo brakes do not work and will require stripping and rebuilding. The bike has no battery. but I will have it running off a spare battery not included in the sale. The paint is very old and needs redoing. The handle bars will need re-chroming where someone has painted them black. The cam chain adjuster indicates that the cam chain is new and it certainly doesn't rattle. The exhaust is not a replica. it's original with the balance pipe under the engine and is in very sound condition. but requires repainting. This is a very simple motorcycle to restore. Obviously this motorcycle is advertised elsewhere and I reserve the right to end this sale on ebay at any time.
