Puch Sabre Magnum Moped Scooter with 90cc 4 stroke

Puch Sabre Moped (like a Puch Magnum or Tomos Targa top tank moped) converted to 90cc 4 stroke semi automatic (4 gears. but auto clutch). Very nice condition. Very fast. Much better than a scooter. looks like a real motorcycle. not a scooter. LED front and rear lights. The lights run off of a battery with a charger. ? The engine is from a dirt bike and has no lighting coil. ? One full charge of the battery will last roughly 5 hours. ? I always plug it in when not riding. I do not have a title for it. ? titles are not needed in North Carolina for mopeds. ? Also most states do not need a title for bikes more than ten years old.
