To all watchers - loads of interest in this bike - first viewings tonight (Friday 7th Nov)- so don't delay in getting those bids / offers in as I think it'll be gone by the weekend.

For sale is my son's Malaguti 50cc twist and go motorbike.

We've owned this for 4 years - he's now outgrown it and moved up to a Honda XR 70. It's in good condition but it's not new; there are:numerous scratches on the plasticsthe stickers are peelingthe side stand is long gonebrake lever (see last photo) has a home repair to hold it onfront forks are weeping (but are still ok to use)However it still looks good. That said. I do think the photos make it look slightly better than it is. We've maintained it with regular carb services over the years and haven't had any problems with it. But it's been garaged and unused since May when my son moved up to his Honda. This hasn't done it any favours - it starts and can been seen running and revs freely as it should. but is reluctant to tick over when you stop revving it. Combination of old fuel and probably needing another carb clean out mean there's a couple of hours fiddling needed which I'm not going to get the time to do.  So it's sold as is - don't want you to think it's spares or repairs - it's NOT - as I say it can be seen running and starts second or third kick. It's just it's not 100% and needs a little tinkering before you let your kid loose with it. Collection only from Sheffield. Easily fits inside the boot of a hatchback / estate car. Any questions please ask - parts are cheap so even if it needs a new spark plug etc it'll be pennies. Viewing is welcome before the end of the auction but there is no haggling once you've bid. No postage or swaps thank you.
