Moto Guzzi Le Mans mk1

This is a very original 1976 Mk 1 VIN 11420. The bike was imported into the UK in 1986 and is registered on a 'Q' plate ( First registered in the UK 22/7/86)I purchased the bike in 1997 in need of a good service and re-spray. I took the bike off the road and had the petrol tank. side panels. mudguards and fairing professionally re-sprayed. Eighteen years on. the bike is still sitting in my basement unfinished and we are about to sell up and retire abroad. Unless you want to make the bike concours. I believe it could be put back on the road without too much effort. The braking system will need an overhaul as it is currently dry. Two bleed nipples will have to be drilled out.  I have new bleed nipples and brake pads to put back. The indicators and back light will need to be wired up. the fairing will have to be re-fitted as will the petrol taps. The oils will need renewing as will the battery.
