Vintage 1952 Moto Guzzi Super Alce. 500CC Single. Rare Military Bike on Girders,

1952 Moto Guzzi Super Alce. 500cc OHV single. V5C present on age related none transferable number. MOT and Tax exempt. This was a pre war design by the Italians for the second World War and the bikes didn. alter much after the war. Super Alce basically translates to Super Motion from what I am told. This is an older restoration that hasn. been used much. The last tax disc ran out in 2010. so the restoration was 2008 / 2009 period. The bike starts easily and runs good. lights up. rides around and is a pretty unusual beast. Large finned brakes. rear handle bars. outside flywheel. hairpin valve springs. cables through the bars. large centre and side stands etc. loads of features. It wants some cosmetics doing now and wants bedding in and using. Basically the hard works been done. so its now a light project. Some cosmetics and some bedding in. oil leak to cure etc. I have just been riding around the yard on it prior to listing this to make sure it all works and immediately had several people stop to chat about the bike. Pretty unusual thing and quite collectable. Do you dare to be different ?.
