2002 Custom Moto Guzzi California with a Champion Sidecar

Up for sale is my prized Guzzi-Hack. This bike is a custom job built by a master sidecar-craftsman in Maryland. The bike is filled with custom parts to make it work right - modified triple tree the right sized wheels steering dampeners etc -- she tracks straight as an arrow and has enough ballast mounted under the car so that it doesn't come up unless you do something really violent (think Deals Gap at 60mph). The paint and graphics are custom and in good shape though there area few repaired scratches. The interior of the sidecar is in perfect shape and has the optional seat belt installed. The bike is in great shape but there are a couple of minor cosmetic issues that could be cleaned up - the quasi-chrome trim on the sidecar is losing it's chome-ness and should be swapped and the mufflers have a couple of dents... I've got a 2nd set of stay-tune mufflers that I was using but they've started to tarnish. I've got many of the original parts including the center stand (no needed) old triple tree and a spare tire.I've had this bike for 3 years now - I bought it to haul my 5 year old around. I do have the confidence to ride it to and from Minnesota Middle Florida Ohio and DC (and many trips to Deals Gap). My kid is now old enough to ride on the back of my other bikes so it's time for this one to move along. Being a Moto Guzzi it's got it's quirks - the fuel injection mapping could be better but that being said I'd trust it to take me any where.
