1974 Moto Guzzi ElDorado

I have owned this machine since the late 1980s. I bought it privately from an individual.It is one of the more rare El Dorados in that it has Amal concentric carbs and Four leading shoe front brakes. The engine number matches the frame number.I performed a lot of upgrades in the early nineties including:Raceco 950cc big-bore kit w/balanced pistonsRaceco lightened & balanced flywheelRaceco Balanced the crankshaftRaceco rebuilt the cylinder heads including new guides and exhaust valvesNew rod and main bearings and tappetsHarper's rebuilt the rear including a new ring-gear set. The clutch was redone at the same time.I have receipts to verify all of this.The plan was to do the mechanicals first and come back and worry about paint and chrome later however other bikes and other priorities kept me from getting to this. I put well under 10K miles on the machine after all of the above work was done. I stopped riding the machine in 2001 and have stored it ever since. I gave up riding entirely and have neither the time or desire to work on it but it shouldn't be too tough to accomplish getting it running again. I've lost my storage arrangement so I am motivated to sell it on at this time. Some of the other details worth mentioning are that the tank has some rust inside but the shell is still solid. I do not have the original air cleaner assembly and it has K&N individual air filters. There is no battery presently (it is set up for a VW Beetle 12v battery) and I have the original battery bracket. Of course I will be happy to answer questions.
