This is a fairly rare bike. Very original and in exceptional condition. There are minor cosmetic imperfections from normal use but the bike has obviously been well looked after for its entire life. I know the history of it going back many years having bought it from a good friend who owned it for a long time. The bike is largely original with the exception of the Corbin seats and a single gel battery conversion. It also presently has a Brembo Gold front brake master cylinder on it as the original (included) needs to be re-built. It has a nice full aftermarket exhaust with an extremely nice OEM exhaust included. It was stored dry in a dry environment (SoCal) for most of it's life. The bike runs strong. The only known detail that needs to be addressed is the front brake not activating the brake light but I will probably have this sorted prior to the end of the auction as it is a simple issue. Full disclosure - the prior owner prior to storing it was left with the impression that the bike was due for a new rear main seal (included) due to some clutch slippage under certain circumstances. After I bought it and adjusted the clutch - I can not get it to slip - even gently stabbing the lever under heavy throttle at freeway speeds. If functions with no issues but the seal and related gaskets come with the sale. It also has brand new Michelin 2CTs on it.
Bid with confidence. Check my feedback. I am a very honest person (some friends say too honest) and am happy to answer any questions. I will tell you anything that I know about it. I am not interested in trades as I am making room in my garage which is the only reason that I am selling this bike and a couple more in the near future. Otherwise I'll hold onto it as it is going up in value.
Did you happen to notice those massive Dell'Orto pumpers in a magnesium finish? Yum...
