2001 Moto Guzzi V11 Sport Rosso Mandello

Selling my limited production Rosso Mandello. As I understand it to be, here were aprox 600 made. First 300 numbered, he second 300 were not. This is one of the unnumbered ones. (I had one back in 02, lso unnumbered)
Bought this bike with the intent of detailing etc and keeping it for my small Guzzi collection. Found something else in the Guzzi category I would rather have.
Got this from the second owner who purchased it in 2002. I have clear and open title, wner's manual and even the factory brochure when purchased.
Bike has had recent tires, ew battery. Pretty much bone stock. Has a few marks on her from PO moving it in and out of his garage to the basement for winter storage. I brought it home this spring, rove it around the block and parked it in my living room. Was planning on doing the cosmetic stuff over this winter.
Bike is in ready to ride condition. Cosmetic flaws are a few of the marks on the clear coat on the right side of tank, crack on the side covers by mounting tabs that V11's are known for, lack crinkle paint is pealing a little on the rear brake stay and on right side of engine block. Also known to do this. Paint readily available to redo. Lastly, t has a couple of scuffs on left muffler from garage storage etc but nothing that could not clean up. Trying to be as detailed as possible for any prospective buyers. Might have a few more minute things I am not describing but not intentionally. Again, anted to detail and make her perfect for next spring but going to see if I can sell here first. Very reasonable reserve for what it is, ot looking to make a killing but rather pass the bike on for cost to someone else who might have the same vision of making it near perfect again.

ATTENTION: Received quite a few questions during original listing concerning recalls, pecifically the trans recall that Guzzi had on some of these V11's. I contacted Piaggio/Guzzi USA in NY and gave them the VIN and they said that there are no open recalls associated with this motorcycle. Could not tell me if it was effected by it, ut if it was it was taken care of. From what I found out as well, nly 680 bikes were effected in total.
