I bought this T3 about 4 years ago and found all the rare bits to convert it into a 750S replica. If it were a real 750S it would still have the dual disc front but would have a drum rear. I chose to retain the T3 triple disc with integrated front and rear. The entire brake system was rebuilt 2 yrs ago with new seals, ads, luids etc. They work perfectly. The tank is a custom Le Mans 2 unit with a Monza cap. I also found V7 sport rear fender, ail, ace style seat, lip on bars, arozzi rear sets etc. I chose to retain the start/kill switch but the left side was replaced with a modern and very user friendly unit. All lights, orn etc work perfectly. At the time of the conversion, had Pat from Crosstown Cycle in Bloomington MN rewire the entire bike with a new harness from Greg Bender and replace anything that creates, istributes or uses electrical power. The entire harness, lternator/ rotor. diode board, ll bulbs, tc etc are new. A new high quality battery from Yuasa was installed. It also has a Dyna Elec ignition with stock coils. Everything works perfectly. He also threw on a new set of tires and balanced them perfectly. The bike rolls right up to 120mph perfectly. The sidecovers and tool boxes are very special, he right side houses the brake master cylinder and electrics and the left side is a functioning tool box. Both covers custom painted to match the tank. Finally I replaced the heavy stock mufflers with beautiful sounding Bub units, ighter and breathes better. The carbeurators were thoroughly cleaned and up jetted on both the idle and main to avoid a lean motor. It has pod air filters. Starts on a little choke and idles perfect after 20 seconds. As for the dash, used an older 850T unit which is also fitted to the 750S for an authentic look. I also retained the stock headlight and ring because I couldnt find the correct part. Front forks and rear shocks were examined and retained for authenticity. I built this bike to ride and I have, ow its time for someone else to enjoy and take care of. I only have so much room and would like to start another project. I am interested in only one motorcycle for even trade, running driving Rickman Kawasaki with no fiberglass/fuel issues. Thanks and good luck, im PS I will be adding more photos this weekend or message me if youd like more..
