'70 MOTO GUZZI AMBASSADOR 750

My friend had this bike sitting in his garage for years. he wasn't going to use it or restore. so I bought it.

Bike looks very nice ( not perfect) looks like was restored ones. Paint and chrome shows aging and cracks here and there. Bike have 900CC kit installed. so its 900cc not 750cc as originally listed. Equipped with air horn. larger battery. dellorto carbs. individual air filters and aftermarket mufflers - sounds scary. Now I know why people call them European Harleys. I had the carbs rebuilt and new plugs and plug cables installed. Seat looks like new and extra security lock is mounted to the side.  Oils were changed and final drive got new shaft seal. I was able to take her up and down my block few times. ran great - accelerate just like modern bike.  

The bad -----fuel tank needs to be relined( caswell plating sells fantastic product) and petcocks are missing.

I used bottle to do my test runs. Starts with half a crank - amazing!!

Buyer will get all books I have for this bike. Title and bill of sale signed by previous owner.

She about 40 years old and will need gaskets or seals soon. If there is anything you want to know please ask
