This is a very nice example of a conversion bike done with a "loop frame" with a more modern motor and better braking capabilities. The bike was refaced by none other than Patrick Bell of Grey Dog Moto (www. GREYDOGMOTO. com) of Velocity Channel's Cafe Racer fame. The color was changed from the original black paint to a more suitable modern classic look. This Moto Guzzi has stock 850cc displacement for reliability and harnesses a 5 speed transmission for freeway touring. Guzzi may need some attention at final drive and/or rear main seal. but is a rid-able beast. Heel toe shifter could also be improved but is functional. This Guzzi was built to ride at speed thus needing the added Brembo braking system. Braking is far more exceptional then anything stock. This is a nice exaple of Guzzi for someone who wants to ride a classic looking bike with the benefit of more modern components. Highlights are:
