MZ TROPHY ES250 Classic Streettracker. Caferacer

A chance to buy a very rare MZ trophy ES250 owned and modified by Street Tuff Customs. I have had the bike for 12 months and in that time have gone through it mechanically and everything works perfectly now. It has had a 12volt/180watt conversion kit. ll new bulbs. ew footrest rubbers. rips. yres and fuel petcock. nd licence plate. It has been recently serviced and runs sweetly. To add to it's utilitarian looks I have added wheel covers and canvas sidebag. his bike draws a crowd everywhere. robably because of it's quirky looks!I have rode it recently 80 miles around the Yorkshire Dales on the Distinguished Gentlemans Ride. nd it performed flawlessly and drew a lot of smiles!I also rode it at DirtQuake3 this summer. nd it has been professionally photographed many times. It is an incredibly fun bike to ride. nd if you let the 2 stroke motor rev. t can get a shift on. It would make a great everyday commuter. ecause it is reliable. conomical and that is what it was originally designed to do in East Germany!It has it's original patina from 1972. hich I think adds character. ut it is complete if someone wishes to restore it. I have really enjoyed owning it. ut I have two other projects on the go at the moment and not enough space. o that is the reason for the sale.
