MZ Trophy Sport ETS 250 Tax exempt 2 stroke motorcycle for restoration

Mz Trophy sport for sale as a restoration project. Some minor parts are missing has not been started for a couple of years so will need fresh fuel and a new battery to start. As you can see from photo paint has faded and the chrome on rear light and handlebars  and spokes are rusty. I bought this bike six or seven years ago and initial inspection showed that it had been re bored and had a new piston. I purchased a new exhaust front section and with a little bit of work got it running and it was ridden around the garden. It has not been started for a couple of years since buying some new engine mount plates which were found to be incorrect as they positioned the engine too far forward and these will need to be changed for the correct items. The engine and frame number are clearly visible. The vin number starts with 35 which proves that this is a trophy sport. It also states date of manufacture 1973. From what I understand there were only about 600 trophy sports motorcycles imported into the UK between the late 60's and early 70's. The bike cannot be ridden away it will have to be taken by trailer or van. Inspection is welcome before bidding and please feel free to ask any questions.
