1968 Norton 750 Commando Classic Fastback,very early(May 1968) bike,Mint,Rebuilt

Superb example. otaly rebuilt/restored to original very early spec. t is dated in the first 2 months of delivery by Norton in May 1968. t is one of the first 300 through the doors of the Norton factory. estored by a good engineer with help from a Top Norton owners club restorer/member. o it is as right as it can be. a lot of parts were different on these early production models. hich took some sourcing. ut the result is fantastic. ardly turned a wheel since rebuild. ill need running in. atching numbers. rame 126401. ngine 20M3/126401. very rare fastback Commando. umber 276 of the line in 1968. blue chip investment. etter than money in the stupid banks. a pleasure to own. 18k miles is thought to be genuine. lthough the restorer fitted new pistons/bearings etc. e did note that there was very little wear on the engine when srtipped. a great investment classic at £12995 (now done a few miles on it. unning in nicely. tarts 2nd or 3rd kick. ides superbly. ou can see why they were bike of the year seveal times in the 60's and 70's. ovely bottom end grunt. o vibes. ery comfy riding position. like it. like it a lot. hink i can see some classic ride outs looming)
