1971 Norton Commando 750cc Fastback LR (see links to video at bottom of description)This old girl started out as a Roadster then I acquired the Interpol/Fastback LR tank a few years ago in Europe and set out to build my dream Norton. It is almost completely rebuilt and restored. I have tried to address every issue that plagues most Commandos such as oil leaks. 19" rear wheel(it has an 18" rear now for better tire selection). ratty old wiring looms. limited oil filter selection. lack of kick lever clearance and more. While it may not be a 100% pristine show bike. it is pretty darn nice and new looking and should win you a few awards in a show. It is mainly built to ride with strong brakes. solid motor and great handling. The 4. 5 gallon tank will keep you running for a good 200 miles before having to stop for gas. It has a clear Tennessee title.
