CHASSIS & BRACKETS -'70 Commando frame with all new stainless vernier adjustable isolastic suspension units. Head steady, idestand, attery tray, nd all other items in this section powdercoated Red. Frame rear loop is cut, leeved and drilled for removal and/or installation depending on configuration. Polished alloy footpeg mounting Z-plates. Silver powdercoated yokes with new sealed bearings.SUSPENSION - Polished fork lowers, verhauled with new seals, ushings, nd gaiters. New chrome rear shocks with adjustable preload settings.WHEELS, RAKES & TIRES -Chrome steel spoked front wheel twin leading shoe drum brake. Excel lightweight alloy rear wheel with single leading shoe brake with polished cover. New Avon tires & tubes.ENGINE Power Unit: Rebuilt 750 cases, Superblend” roller main bearings. Standard crankshaft, amshaft, onnecting rods with NEW shell bearings, tandard oil pump, nd cam drivetrain. Polished timing cover. Born Again Bikes reed valve crankcase breather to eliminate potential/typical oil leaks. Top End: .020 oversize barrels, ith standard cam followers (tappets), tandard pushrods. Set of new Hepolite pistons, ings & pins. Total valve job. All threads in perfect shape. Polished rocker inspection caps Primary:Standard 750 primary cases, lutch assembly with Barnettfiber friction plates. Primary cover polished. Intake & Exhaust - Overhauled Amal concentric carbs on polished intakes, ith K&N dual-neck air filter. Standard non-crossover chrome headers and "Peashooter” mufflers, ounted with new rubber isolation buffers.Transmission -Matching number transmission, -speed, ith new seals, ushings & bearings. All gears, hafts & forks in excellent condition. Transmission outer cover polished. HAND & FOOT CONTROLS -Clubman handlebars with Tricon thumb switch and plain chrome levers. Standard footpegs & controls (rechromed). ELECTRICAL & LIGHTING -Hand-wired electrical harness, ftermarket headlight & mounts, limp noodle" tail light, o turn signals. New battery. Boyer electronic ignition system with Dyna dual lead coil, parx solid state regulator/rectifier & alternator. Refurbished "Green Globe" meters. BODYWORK -Original fiberglass fuel tank with new petcocks. Will include Caswell gas tank sealer kit if buyer intends to run ethanol-based fuel. Very nicely painted Silver, ut red "Norton" decals are bubbling; matching sidecovers. Custom rear fender with stays mounted to swingarm. Black front fender with silver mounts. Solo (shortened) seat with new custom-fit cover.OTHER - This is a low mileage restoration that was originally done as a "beach bum" with a fat 16" whitewall tire in back, ong pullback handlebars, nd long straight pipes. It then went through a short time with wide drag bars, he pipes were changed to standard peashooters, nd the rear tire was replaced with a blackwall. It now has clubman handlebars. I included some SAMPLE pix with a cafe quarter fairing & Production Racer style seat on it as a possibility (FAIRING & PR SEAT NOT INCLUDED).
