1968 Norton P11 Ranger, Atlas

Up for sale is a 1968 Norton P11. Here is what I know. I purchased this bike a year ago with the aspirations of completing the project. The engine was completely  rebuilt (prior to me owning it) the frame was powder coated and a ton of new parts were purchased. They person before me ran out of funds so I bought it but I find myself never having time to complete.  The engine has a ton of compression. the prior owner told me it is a 850. I cannot confirm. all I know is in 68 it was a 750. it looks lie a new jug so it is possible. Kick start only. I cannot get spark at this time. I purchase a new regulator and fixed most of the wiring. I have not dived into the coils and or points yet. he lights work. gauges etc. just no spark. it is positive ground.   That is about as far as I got. The tank and other black parts on the bike look to be painted with a spray can but the rest of the parts on the bike look new. no rust on the chrome either It also comes with a ton of parts from other Nortons. apparently the previous owner restored a bunch of bikes and stock piled parts. he gave them to me when I bought this. I also have the manuals. I have a title and a bill of sale the previous owner gave me selling as a non running as is . here is a list of  the other parts:
