Classic 1972 Norton 750 Commando Combat 1st Kick Rider

Up for sale is my '72 Commando that I have owned for more than 20 years. It is a great daily rider that you will enjoy cruising with or attending vintage events. It is mostly original with a few select aftermarket parts such as the Corbin Gunfighter seat and the turn signals. The stainless silencers are not new to the bike but look and sound great. The gas tank is steel and has been professionally repainted. The fenders are polished stainless steel and the bike has European style handlebars. Mechanically the bike is in great condition and is currently registered and insured and ridden regularly. I own several bikes and ride pretty much year-round. I have owned and maintained many motorcycles over the years and I currently have 5.  The Norton. of course is reserved for special occasions as a matter of preservation. The bike normally starts on the 1st kick and runs smoothly. It is equipped with the superblend mains and retains the original points ignition.  Fuel is delivered through twin Amals. The Dunlop K-81 tires are in good shape and the newer battery is a maintenance free unit. The Isolastic motor mounts have been replaced recently.

The bike is located in New Stanton PA near the intersection of I-70 and I-76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike).  Pick up can be arranged on a 24/7 basis and our driveway is large enough to accommodate any size truck or trailer.
